Cooke Jr. gave a talk entitled "Biomorphism, craft and mass production". Dr. Stephen Polcari gave a talk entitled " Vitalist theory and methods for interpreting abstract expressionism". Derek E. Ostergaard gave a talk entitled "High, low, and kitsch: Design in the social context of the 1940s and 1950s". Dr. Karal Ann Marling gave a talk entitled "Biomorphism in the popular culture of the 1940s and 1950s". Barbara Johns gave a talk entitled "Biomorphism and West Coast artists and the designers of the the 1940s and 1950s."
