Correspondence, MESA, 1986-1988
Museum Education Services Aid (MESA) was a bill that would "establish a procedure whereby museums, historical societies and other cultural institutions would be eligible to receive state funding to support educational services." The Brooklyn Museum supported this bill, and specifically Claudine K. Brown championed it.
